Our services

QHSENX provides online subscription access to digital tools supporting health, safety, environmental, quality, and operational management. The programs, access limits, subscription period, and price included in your purchase are shown before payment.

Accounts and permitted use

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may upload information only where you have permission to do so. Unauthorized access, resale of platform access, and interference with other users or platform security are prohibited.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are paid by direct bank transfer to the account matching the currency displayed at checkout. Send the transfer receipt with your registered email, package and subscription period to QHSENX. Access is activated manually after QHSENX confirms receipt of the funds. Your bank may apply transfer fees.

Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new purchase.

Professional responsibility

QHSENX supports professional work and recordkeeping. Its outputs must be reviewed by competent personnel and do not replace site procedures, professional judgment, regulatory requirements, or emergency response arrangements.

Content and ownership

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded information. QHSENX retains ownership of its software, designs, and original platform content. A subscription grants permission to use the selected services during the subscription period.

Service availability

Maintenance and technical interruptions may occasionally affect access. If a material service problem prevents use of a purchased service, please contact us for assistance or a remedy under our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.
