Cancellation Policy

Before payment

You may leave checkout before completing payment. If your bank shows a charge or pending amount after an unsuccessful attempt, contact us with the order reference so that we can investigate the payment status.

After payment

To request cancellation, email QHSENX@Outlook.com from your registered email address and include your order reference.

Unless you request immediate closure or receive a full refund, your access will remain available until the end of the purchased subscription period.

Renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will not be charged for another period unless you make a new purchase.

Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Cancelling access does not automatically create a refund entitlement outside that policy or applicable law.

Account closure and data

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored records. You may separately request account closure or deletion by contacting support, subject to applicable retention obligations.
