Payments

Payments are made through your own bank using the transfer details displayed at checkout. Receipts sent by email or WhatsApp are used to match payments to subscriptions. QHSENX does not collect your bank login credentials, card security codes or OTPs. Do not include them in your receipt or message.

Service providers and disclosure

We use providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, and infrastructure security. Information may be processed outside Egypt, subject to applicable requirements. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Customer-submitted records

Customers must ensure they have authority to upload personal, employee, incident, or operational information. Submit only information necessary for the intended service.

Retention and security

Information is retained for service delivery, account administration, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Security measures are used to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
